Booking: Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once accepted by Brizzy Ride & Explore.

Fare: The quoted fare is based on the booking details provided. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, changes, tolls, additional luggage or vehicle requirements.

Cancellation: Please provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or changes. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the booking and notice provided.

Airport Transfers: Customers should provide accurate flight details. Flight delays or changes should be communicated as soon as possible. Additional waiting time may incur a charge.

Luggage & Passengers: Customers must provide accurate passenger and luggage information. The vehicle must not exceed its safe passenger or luggage capacity.

Child Seats: Child seats must be requested when booking and may incur an additional fee.

Passenger Safety: Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs and dangerous or abusive behaviour are not permitted in the vehicle.

Delays: Brizzy Ride & Explore is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, airport/airline disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost Property: Customers are responsible for their belongings. We will make reasonable efforts to return items left in the vehicle.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptance: By making a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
